GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This program offers to the student of human resources, managerial, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.  
The use of languages, particularly English, is an important component of the training.  The total number of credits: 120

TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the program, the student shall be capable of managing personnel and preventing and managing social conflicts, He/She will be able to carry out training, the development, and assessment of his/her collaborators.
