General Description:

This program allows the student to acquire a mastery of the principles of strategic management, management control, financial management, human resource management, project management, etc., from a global and cross-cutting approach to the company.

 

The program is forward-looking and relates specifically to the transformational changes in society and industry. It delivers skills that have direct practical application and encourage students to grow personally and achieve substantial professional results.

 

Training objective:

At the end of this program, the student will be equipped with the capacity for research and analyses of quantitative and qualitative data.  The participant shall be critical in his/her approach and be able to use major concepts and tools to analyze complex situations, debate and make rigorous proposals.
